The two Nigerian brothers admitted everything to the Smollett Grand Jury. The facts are not in dispute, only the justice or lack thereof. Hate crimes are only for whitey.

If he's innocent why does he have to forfeit a $10,000 bond and do community service?

Ok, I’m one to admit I was wrong about the other two, I read Brittany Covington getting probation a few months ago and assumed they all did... It’s still a slap on the wrist when an aggravated Kidnapping is 6-30 years in Chicago.. Federal hate crime is a 10 year mandatory minimum...

They will only serve half of their sentences on state charges...

If the US Attorney in that jurisdiction files federal charges against Smollett, you'll see a huge outcry of racism and Trump and white privelige. I doubt he will be charged.

The left has manipulated our justice system to the point that those of certain races and sexual identities have been placed above the law. The cannot be charged with a crime.

Why do you think California stopped arresting criminals for stealing less than $950? It's because blacks and Hispanics commit those crimes, and they are now immune to adjudication. A social decision has been made to hold them blameless for committing certain crimes.
