Johnson valley Thanksgiving

Been back and forth on what to do for thanksgiving. Orinally was Glamis. That got canceled (damn kids)

Then possibly Cal city with @Bigbore500r but wife wants to be with her family if we are going riding so we are headed for Johnson valley.
Probably be some where of Boone rd. anyone else going to be out there?

Spent last weekend in JV.

It was 28 on Saturday when we woke, 34 at 9am when we left Sunday to make my daughter’s volleyball.

Thinking I am heading back to the lower desert

Breeze has been perfect keeping dust off the trails.
Turkey came out excellent.

Indian Wells brewery run & Randsberg today.
Trona Pinnacles & Fishrocks run tomorrow.

Maynard’s potential at his work was realized fast and has been promoted head of a section of engineers. He’s been up late here in the RV with work he brought.

Internet fades away fast here at sunrise and don’t see it return until late after midnight and he likes being out of reach.

Wife went back to work for 2 days so another nurse can be with family. Probably be back tomorrow.

Been a really fun trip.
Nice having a tow vehicle not throwing codes and a Toy Hauler that functions most of all.

Neighbor camp crazy hilarious screwball old lady came over asking if we had tomatoes she could buy.

Hot damn,,, Maynard brought & had a grocery bag half full of them he just picked from his truck patch.
We gave her all she needed free of course.
