3 frames were different between 2 videos, likely because of the different editing software used or the person editing the video. 3 FRAMES. In a edited video like that you see about 30 frames PER SECOND. One video was edited and rendered at 30 frames per second and another at a different frame rate, likely with different software. 3 frames is about 10% of one second and almost not even enough to catch the difference with the human eye. It does not make Acosta look any better or worse. It does not change the fact Acosta put his hands on someone else and acted inappropriately and disrespectfully.
