SD county is allowing burning today.

The state taxes your dollar before it gets to your bank account. They tax the dollar you spend to purchase the home. Then they tax your dollar with property taxes… and yet… they “allow” you to have a fire. How nice of them lol

We can’t enforce and tell a homeowner that they can not have a warming fire.
Burn piles, sure the APCD regulates that, and homeowners whom have filed for a Burn Permit for agriculture reasons can burn on days that are “allowed.”
