Jason Taverney - RIP

After a long hard fight with cancer, Jason passed peacefully in his sleep today

Some of you may remember his HTM as he ran it in Desert Storm a few times and used to be pretty active on the boards. He built spaceships, so naturally, was very smart when it came to boat setups, props, etc.

Super cool guy that was taken too soon and will be missed!!

Met him years ago as my brother was good friends with him.He was one of thos guys that was so calm an cool and liked to do alot of things and took alot of pride in what he did

I remember when he went to fuel injection in the htm was very happy and loved to point it out how it smoothed the idle etc but his boat was a runner.

It's been a long time since he posted but I am pretty sure it was an abbreviation of "Racing Jason"

I never met him but sounds like he was a great person. Cancer is downright evil and I’m sorry to hear of Jason’s passing, Joe. He’s pain free and cancer free now & wheel’n that HTM like it’s never been wheeled before.
