James Bond Movie Songs

I’ve downloaded a few movie tunes from some of the James Bond movies and Goldfinger played this morning - that’s a damn good song and Shirley Bassey nails it, it was written in 1962 - pretty badass for then. Another great song was You Only Live Twice sung by Nancy Sinatra. Then for Diamonds Are Forever, Shirley knocks it out if the park again. And you can’t forget the James Bond Theme. These are all worthy of cranking up to hear all the little subtleties like the bass drums in Goldfinger, or the orchestra strings in You Only Live Twice.

Shirley did a phenomenal job each time and I am glad they invited her back so many times. I have some favorites from modern times as well:

Adele and Skyfall (favorite movie and probably song)

Chris Cornell for Casino Royale (my favorite male vocalist)

Garbage & World is not Enough (ok movie, but great song)

Made this a couple years after my EX walked out on my Son and I…Bond fan since I was a kid. Anyhow, I raised Luke alone since he was 9 years old…we made a few videos of our travels thru life and this is one of them. Seen them all…as a matter of fact I have two martini glasses and a shaker off the first Pierce Brosnan movie that my Moms friend was able to swipe off the set…all engraved with 007.
