Has anyone else noticed, with very little fanfare, the J & J vaccine is no longer available.
I had a very good high school friend who was severely wounded in Vietnam. He still had some shrapnel in his legs. His on going medical care was via the local Vet facility with regular visits every 6 months. The circulation in his legs was compromised. In June 2021 he received the J & J single dose vaccine. Then, he later received the J & J booster on Dec 29, 2021. He initially reported no adverse reaction to the booster. But, soon after he was hospitalized in Las Vegas, with severe blood clotting and put on a ventilator. He was allowed no visitors. I spoke with his wife on Sunday January 9, 2022. At that point, she and the family were faced with having both of his legs amputated. Don’t know if that occurred. He passed on January 16, 2022. I’ve since read that Yale Medical and the CDC acknowledged potential clotting issues with J & J in mid Dec 2021. It was not well announced. He was not aware of it and received no warning from the doctors at the Veterans Med Center.
R.I.P. my friend, Kenneth Huseman.
J & J was taken off the market in May 2023. There was mention of clotting observed, which had led to the death of 8 females, ages 18-48 (?). I believe those clotting issues extended far beyond those 8 females.

The Link Between J&J’s COVID Vaccine and Blood Clots: What You Need to Know
Concern over a small, but growing number of cases of a rare, but serious blood clotting disorder associated with the Johnson & Johnson coronavirus vaccine prompted the CDC to recommend making the two mRNA vaccines a clinical priority.
