It's out control lol! I've saved a shit ton doing owner builder but fuck...if your in IE CA hit me up, I've got some excellent subs, just be prepared to dig deep, shit ain't cheep.

No thank you I'm going to stick to what I do and just write checks to who my best friend tells me to.
He's going to PM it for me. He's lived in LHC for 40 years and knows everyone I'll need to know for my project.

Folding doors are in! Stucco/ drywall repair next week. 5 misc detail jobs the week after, turf for the win first or second week of October. 10 fucking months to build a shade structure....lol
