Still trying to drop a few lbs so the standard Jack and Coke has been switched to Makers Mark and Coke Zero. Not as good but I am down over 30 since February and I still want to shed more. Jack and Coke Zero are not even close to as good as regular Coke to me.

Me thinks the Coke is the problem. It just ruins the taste of the Jack for myself. Personal preference is a touch of water. Congrats on the +30.

Thanks. The Coke was always (and will always be) the problem. The problem is, for me, Jack and coke is like dipping strawberries in sugar.... Hell yes I love strawberries but I like them better with sugar.
Only thing I like better than carbs and sugar is breathing and my kids so for now low carbs, low sugar, and low caleries is the standard.

Hamm’s is actually one of my favorite beers. It has a smoother maltose taste than most but it’s not easy to find in my area.

Seriously???! That is awesome! I love that beer and preach about it to a lot of people. It’s the only beer I can have one of and get a complete head change. For whatever reason when we drink space dust we always end up on the moon! Ahaha
