It looks like you were in the Ferrari museum in Modena, it is very cool.
There is also another really good Ferrari museum in Maranello across from the Ferrari Factory, it is also very worthwhile.
If you are in Maranello be sure to eat in the Cavalino Restaurant (https://www.ferrari.com/en-EN/ristorante-cavallino) across the street from the factory & Visit the gift shop next door also.
Sounds like a fabulous trip. Enjoy!

Florence was a cool little town. David in person was crazy. Did you do a tour? Our guide went into detail on the as to the history of the block. It was said that the stone used was deemed to of little value and that was what Micheal Angelo found to be his claim to fame to bring stone with minimal value to such great frame. Not Sure if this is true or just BS to tourists. LOL

The details of the veins were just incredible. 👍 Also looks like you had a slow day in the viewing area. Some people were waiting for an hour or more. Out tour guide got us in within 10 minutes. Guides were worth every penny.

Awesome pictures we have gone every year for 3 weeks in the fall Tuscany the coast is beautiful Florence as well good story we stay in a 300 year old hotel in Florence had a Ducati t shirt on the weekend of the moto gp manager asked if I was going to the race said I was going to watch on tv at the hotel he went over and roped off a small bar for-my wife and I to watch it ! Interesting opportunity in Italy the smaller towns offer vacated homes for sale if you rehab them and live there part time really reasonable web it up

I put Florence at the top of my "favorite cities" list, probably been there at least 50 times. Half of my business the last 25 years has been in the coastal region to the west of it (La Spezia, Viareggio, Livorno) so when things were delayed on a boat I'd pop up to Florence for the day. Tough work but somebody had to do it. ;)

Great thread and photos. Italy is so much more than Rome & Venice. International travel seems more affordable right now. Our daughter recently traveled to Paris and Tokyo with her husband and 11 yr old son. They live in NYC. Her primary comment was, ‘Dad, things were not at all expensive over there.’ I said, welcome to the real world. You’re living in the middle of Bidenomics

Siena was one of our favorite towns. We went to the Palio races a few years back and it was awesome! The singing, tradition and fanfare can't be beat. Just don't wear the wrong contrada shirt in the wrong contrada (neighborhood)! They aren't very welcoming LOL. After the race, it takes about 2 hours to clear/clean the square and we had dinner at far side where the horses and riders enter. Great memories of that town.

Looks so clear and inviting and with perfect high 70's air temps, 70 degree sea temps will be, well 🤔, invigorating 🥶 😁
Again, thanks so much for sharing so many awesome images 👍👍👍
