Thinking about buying some ranch land in the Hill Country.

Build a mountain bike track, shooting range, driving range, bar, etc.

Doesn't make sense when I can just join existing clubs, but like the idea.

Did you have to build special setup wheels so it fits in the trailer? I think I saw someplace where some built steel only wheels they could use to string the alignment from.
Those are motorcycle front wheels with an adapter hub welded on. Gives me 3.5 inches of ground clearance over the 36/48mm on race tires.

Here are set up wheels. They emulate tires at race pressure accurately to measure caster, camber & toe.

I invested heavily in set up equipment. Learning how to use it to my advantage is the hard part. Almost everyone I race against pays big money for prep shops to pit them.

I’m just the dude, playing the dude, pretending to be the other dude.
And you will be a better driver for it, you will understand what effects what with chassis setup if you can apply theory to what you set the car up for.

This was my "gotta have" with no logical reason, it just tells the time, the phone and the microwave do that, however, I am not a crazy baller, but I bought this watch, to go with other ones I already have, for more money than I have paid for decent cars in my past. I love it, no regrets. We each have our things.

I already have more than I need but a nice open deck car trailer is on the list.

Perhaps a duplex or two if the shit really hits the fan.

Yep, sure do but my 2 sons (both in LEO) know also their worth so Im hoping they keep them for handmedowns to their off springs. It was hard for me to let those go since Ive had them for oh, some 45 years but I love my sons and I think they appreciate the gifts as much as I loved giving them.
Thanks

it wont be with a club you use a max of 14 times a round. Quickest way to get single digits is to take the woods out of the bag so you learn to think your way around the track. All your strokes are from 100 and in. How good are your wedges and putter? Spend your money and time there. keep the ball in play and your scores will drop. Once you master those irons then you can bring out the big sticks and start shooting in the 70s

Yep
If you can’t get down in 2 from 160 yards out, you have no shot of low 80’s and high 70’s.
Drive for show, putt for dough is what my dad taught me.
Don’t even carry a driver, hit the 3 wood farther and it stays in the fairway!
I have been known to tee it up with a 5 iron on some courses to keep the ball in play. When playing my buddies for money, the 5 on the tee usually wins me the most :)

We play about 125 rounds a year And I sit at 11 handicap. Just back from Maui and my lowest score was 81.

Av gas ain’t cheap my man, every penny counts 😉, As far as the wants go, I’m saving up for a king air 360 and property’s with runways to land the bitch on👅 The swear jar is almost full again, but we’re still a ways off.☹️
