woke up to 53 degrees, and 43 degrees in the house, ended up being condensation at the meter froze and caused a gas blockage enough to limit the gas so the boiler kept cutting out. Heated the meter, and turned on the stove burner to create enough vacuum to clear the blockage. much warmer now.

It happens along on the stretch in my pics too, some areas have no grass/sand. The city does have guys with power washer that hose it down daily.
