I have ATT internet, but not streaming TV. I don't see anywhere in the Smart Home Manager app where you would enable Internet Backup. Further, I'm not sure that's a proper web address.

NEVER click on a link in a text or email. EVER. That one looks sketchy as hell.

Go to the "real" website, on your own with NO LINK (AT&T) in this case if you see a real NEED, it sounds like everything was working at the time??
