glad someone understands how its done.

if you're not cooking a tri-tip on a grill like this (on hardwood), are you even really trying?

I have one of the worst cooks on our fishing boat right now, we are all starving.
That looks fucking amazing.
Does the cook have to be on deck fishing? I thought it would be cool to cook on the grab boats on TV. But I’m not working on deck, I’m not tough like those guys.

My dad made a towable one for their motorcycle club (not too sure if it was ever even used). For the grate lift lock, he used a brake lever with a piece of chain welded to it and a rear sprocket on the shaft. He had. Afew other dirt bike things on it as well. Came out really cool then disappeared.

No, there's 20 of us on here so that's his full time job, 3 meals a day plus baked snacks.

One of the things I hated about working trawlers on the East Coast, I enjoy cooking for myself but not for others as a job.

Mmmm whats the pay? I’ll cook all day long.

The hard part is planning different meals. Can’t cook the same things more the 2x. Then it gets boring.

I suggested $375.00 a day, not sure what they get right now but I know it's decent.
