Had an AZ plate, I honked at him and waved, he waved back. I figure he knows why and that he was spotted. Hopefully he chimes in.

Must have driven through a monsoon to get that dirty. No way the CA good weather could put that much dirt on a vehicle. Was thinking that it might be @Jefftowz but I don’t think that he has AZ plates or those wheels. But then again what do I know?

I couldn't see in the truck very well but Jeff would have recognized me. We did get a little rain Saturday night
