Looking to get some recommendations for an 8u Softball Coach and a good contact for batting/catching coach for a High School freshman(baseball). We are out of Upland and would like something local and in person.

I haven't actually used this app yet, but I plan to once my sons baseball season is over. You basically enter your sport, a few details on the athlete needing coaching, and your location...and it will connect you with coaches in your area..

Ill be honest. I hate lesson guys. They take your money week after week year after year and basically teach your son/daughter a swing. Baseball and softball arent about swings. There is no perfect swing. You need to learn to hit. you need to learn the mental side of hitting. Understanding count leverage having a plan. i could go on and on.. they never come see you at games where it matters and can really teach....most high school coaches will hate the fact you take lessons from someone outside their sphere which always makes me laugh..

but if you are going to do it anyway....go see Dave Coggin's guys at PFA baseballl in upland. Dave is a former MLB guy that is huge into training the body. Im sure he has a good hitting guy there.

Years ago we used Pam Newton she had several clinics here in Alta Loma and I think she is affiliated with Fullerton titans but could be wrong. Helped my daughter with her swing and gained allot from her time there.
