Immigration Attorney Recommendation

Can anyone recommend an Immigration Attorney that deals in work Visa's?

One of my German workers had his Visa revoked by a rookie customs officer in LA last week after 14 yrs. Customs gives you no info or case number to reference, and I need to see how I'm able to get him reinstated.... Thx

Only the bad words and doesn't know how to swim either..... Hes only 6'-6" pretty sure he can walk across the Rio Grand though.

isnt it sad that everyone wants someone to come over "legally" but even after FOURTEEN YEARS this guy still hasnt had any progress even with what seems an employer thats sponsoring him? He'll become a citizen when hes dead apparently?

He worked for himself and I employed him full time (specialist consultant). When he had to see his case officer in detention it was mentioned his officer that revoked his visa was a rookie, so Im not making that up... My only guess was the officer was trying to make a name for himself and tried to revoke his visa for life, then it was down graded for 5yrs no entry then it was you can see what you can do when you return. But they give you no case# or nothing, he is worth it to me spend money on as he's been a big help with company....I owe him that at least.

so your guy went home or had a appointment of some sort and the paper worker checker (customs agent) said this is bogus when he presented his visa on his way back into the country…. For no apparent reason or a suspicions circumstance…..

I got that...all good...

Its gets deeper than that. But the short version is the agent asked for a phone number to the company he worked for that was listed on his visa 14 yrs ago (had a another German associate help obtain his visa) and kept it all the same to this date. He couldn't recite the phone number, so they said he lied and revoked it...

Very true regarding some deportation officers are driven to arrest and deport for the stat and the LAM factor.. I have had confrontations with a few in similar circumstances. Frankly there was no winning with ICE until I went to immigration court to support my alien and the judge recognized that I was there every appearance (7 appearances over a 2 year period)

Wish I could give you some advice but your circumstance is different than mine..... you're on the right track consulting an attorney or trying to find a "friendly" immigration officer who may be able to guide you...

Will see how it turns out.... I believe once everything is looked at it will be reinstated, just getting to that point and the right people it will take time.
