Wonder how much revenue would be lost due to the decline of speeding tickets? I also wonder what that does to new car sales? I am sure they didn't think about that one just wanted to make sure the control factor was it.

All of my vehicles had some sort of speed limiter. when I was younger I knew how fast they would go, too. now, 55 stay alive.

anyways, the legislatures are out of control and focus on the wrong things. with all of the issues CA is facing in the near future and they have time for this? they want to slow down people going to work, people that are travelling farther then ever imagined due to housing costs, instead of focusing on things like budget deficits, homeless, fresh water supply, etc. etc.
