Today's workout... I was fine until just now. I finally sat still for a little while. Now I can't move :p

Indeed, that sounds like a great routine.


My warm up involves putting on bicycle shorts and watching three to four minutes of pornography. I usually follow the warm up with a nap. It works for me.

I raced bicycles activly from 98-02. When we started having kids it was really difficult to keep up the training. That, the worry of crashing and a nagging knee injury, and a young family to support made me stop. I've ridden on and off throughout the years for fun, but not with any serious intensity or ambitions.
So a month ago I got a wild hair and started running after work. One mile kicked my ass. Now I'm up to 4.5 miles every other day and getting ready to run my first 10k and do it under 60min. My eating habits have changed and I'm really having fun and feeling fit.
Its all about a lifestyle change and the challenge to keep a committment to yourself:D
Way to go guys.:thumbsup

If you could increase that to 30 or 40 minutes you'd be in great shape.

this is a boat I need to jump on myself only 29 and stage one hypertension, 5'9 at 205 but its not a solid 205 by any means lol I should be a solid 200 which is what I'm workin for. but damn those Double Doubles are so hard to put down...oh and the beers:drnkfr
