Animal shelters. Open range where they could live and enjoy life. All the food and toys they could dream of.

Donate to single mom's and families that are really struggling.

I have always wanted a lot of money, just to be able to do some good with it.

An island, a boat, a fully stocked bar. I have a feeling my life would resemble moondogs in the beach bum.

To each his own I guess.
I'd be looking at a couple of adjoining sections in north central Nevada.
Water, a few home sites with a decent solar angle. Big generators, and backups for them.
Lotsa water. For grass, for Pasture, for Steers.
Barns, a big log home, for us, with a wrap around porch and range markers every 100 meters on the road in
Other homes for selected folks and visitors quarters.
A ranch, as self sustaining as possible, with some...security features. Nothing too silly, the wife has already ruled out a Moat and drawbridge, but she hasn't said "No" yet to the gun towers...as long as I make them fit the decor....or the gate(s).
A runway for friends. A small school, for my grandkids and the children of my friends...
And some large "KEEP THE HELL OUT" Signs.
Yup. Mine would be somewhere in Southern Utah, Northern Arizona, Northern New Mexico or Southern Colorado. 1000's of acres with good well water and far away from the normal big city bullshit.

And.... I'd have some decently equipped casitas in various other states for sure, but those would just be for play.

Strictly controlled direct donations to charities that support my views in life and of course my extended family would be taken care of, but not for life.

The first thing I would do is establish a trust for a select circle of friends and family. Each year they would receive a check for X with all tax implications already handled. The only string that would be attached to that money is that it can only be used for fun not to pay off debt. (if they need money for something outside of the fun factor we can do a personal loan with more attractive terms than any financial firm).
The reason I would set this up is that it keeps everyone (including me) well grounded. We all still have responsibilities but now have the means to enjoy life on our terms.
The next thing I would do Is buy/build a huge facility that is equipped with the best fabrication equipment and tooling available. I would then hire a couple dozen skilled technicians to work the facility. It would be a dream job for those people and they would be well compensated with great benefits.
The purpose of the fab shop would be to help me bring an endless number for projects and visions to fruition.
Now that I've helped out quite a few people and have the means to put together anything I want. LET'S PARTY!!!!

Good answer sir. But with that sort of money. We could set you up with a family office. The advantage is a family office can hold anything and everything. Trusts. Stocks, bonds and cash. Houses, boats and airplanes. And insurance for all of it. Let’s not forget you’re going to need a giant umbrella policy. R

I'd buy RDP for enough money that Dave wouldn't have to work ever again...

I'd PAY Hamad and Jeff to be mods, kill off the covid forums, kill off the dungeon...

PAY Tom Brown, skankersore, and a few others to come back...

And then ban Anyone that I don't like! 😁

Probably pay Greg to come back as well. 👍🏼

Buy a house in the Florida Keys for the winters and a house in Tahoe for the summers and then buy Wheeler a new plane to fly me to wherever I want.

I'd buy out all of OC's boat partners so he could have Four of a Kind to himself.

Set my kids up for life...

Pay off all my friends debts...

Set up Shlbyntro for life...

Buy Barry his own machine shop and Dyno...

And last but not least...

Buy Parker Strip and shut the place down to everyone that doesn't know how to single ski! 🎊🥳👍🏼

That's all I can think of right now. 😎
Yore very generous Joe. I'd be happy with a block of Judy lessons. :)

In a 6 month treasury it would only yield $26,000,000,000 a year, so you couldn't go too crazy. 😁

I’d buy a brand new Chevy Bolt, and not base model one, the fancy one with leather and a sunroof😂
I'd charge my base model, Bolt LT at home instead of plugging in at work.

But, I'd have my butler plug it in.

Have you seen this before? I think I’d do something similar.

Oh how a comma can change things👍😂
Yep, conjunctions and punctuation help clarify meaning. Unless he really meant it the way it sounds. I guess that would be an attempt to keep his participle from dangling.😁

This post made me think. Sorry for the slow reply.

100+ classic cars. Buy a commercial building, hire two or thee old school mechanics, and buy one classic cars. At least 1 a month until I get tired. I figure 100 milluon would do it and theybwould still appriciate so no loss of value.

Yep, I would be Jay Leno.

Here he goes again...another house in SoCal. This one's a $4M house in Altadena right next to a street...

NYPICHPDPICT000008802806.jpg

The winner of the $2 billion California Powerball, Edwin Castro, has purchased a $4 million California mansion after dropping $25.5 million on a lavish Hollywood Hills estate earlier this month.

The 30-year-old claimed the winning ticket last month and received a one-time lump sum payment of $997.6 million.

Castro quickly purchased the sprawling bachelor pad, coined as an “entertainer’s dream,” as it includes a game room, wine cellar, movie theater, bar and a luxury fitness studio.

The California native recently upped his real-estate portfolio once again, purchasing a $4 million mansion in his hometown of Altadena — a short distance from the gas station where he purchased his winning Powerball payday.

His new Japanese-inspired pad is shielded from the public eye by olive trees and has a stunning unobstructed view of the San Gabriel Mountains, dirt.com reported.

The outlet details the 1953-built five-bedroom, four-bath home as being modern with Japanese influence. It features high ceilings, crisp white walls and minimalist light fixtures perfect to put an art collection on display.

I have thought and thought about this and…

I don’t think I’d go near as crazy on buying shit as even some of my personal friends now.. lol.

My main toy expense would be a plane with a bathroom that is transatlantic.. other than the HCB in Florida the rest of it is peanuts relatively..

Couple of Schiadas a 28 speedster etc.. some offroad stuff. I’m not big into classic or sports cars.

I’d definitely have some properties in various locations I like. South Florida or possibly down in the keys.. maybe somewhere a little more exotic as well. But nothing overly baller in havasu etc.. Just normal McMansion type shit for around here.

Honestly I think I’d dedicate my life to changing the political landscape of this country and eliminating foreign influences like Soros etc..

As someone else said I would build several businesses.
Number one would be a boat manufacturing company or at least a major stake in several.
Second would be a company like Kindig it and or Factory 5. They would of course build all of the cars that are in my head. Once my cars were done it would be open for the public to have their cars built.
Third I would develop a system to convert old malls and other big box stores to helping Homeless Vets. I would use the same building principles that cruise ships are built. Modular cabin units that can be placed next to each other and stacked if there is room. Make the tenants in charge of things like building new facilities, maintenance, security, food prep and any other thing that gives them purpose again.
Fourth would be a veterinary system (wellness clinics, hospitals, etc.) with our own insurance program since the current vet problems are maddening, at least here in the PHX area anyway.
And of course multiple properties and toys...lol

I have always said if I won big in the Lottery I would go back to racing Desert. But this time around it would be Trophy Trucks, I would be a team owner.. I would hire some young talented drivers and crew and have the best vehicles to race and pre-run and do whatever it takes to win. I would work hard a securing sponsors to take the edge off of all the money I would be pissing away. I would throw the biggest parties in the pits too. I would have some aircraft to support my hobby. I'll take a Pilatus PC-12 or a TBM, love those turbo prop planes. And of course take care of my family and closest friends.
