WINNER! You said it best, we have it all here!

As far as those passerby's, no place on earth can beat the sheer number of banging hot, high caliber chicks on the beach in Newport.

My #1 place to live right there. 2nd choice would be Santa Barbra.

I've lived in Both.. I'm dead ass convinced there is no place on earth with as many hot chicks as Santa Barbara. I lived there for a few years, and you could always tell when you were getting close to home on the freeway. In LA you'd look around and ugly people always had this pissed off look on their faces.. Then you'd break through the smog over the mountains, and you'd be surrounded by perfect 10 models driving college cars..

Santa Barbara is beautiful no doubt.. A little cold for me though.

Maybe in the winter during halloween, fiesta or rush week when SB rages...but when school is out come summer when chicks actually wear bikinins....all those school girls come back home to the OC...can't beat the NB strand or HB main st.....maybe South Beach...but the humidity sux :)

If I could afford it, somewhere in San Diego close to the beach. I'd move down there in a heartbeat.

I kinda like where I'm at. Prescott, AZ. 1 hour to skiing, 1 hour to the lake, 2.5 hours to the river, thousands of miles of great mountain biking, nice small town feel, and friends and family everywhere! Yeah it doesn't suck :D

Cali Central coast. Nowhere better! Avila, Pismo, Arroyo Grande, Nipomo, Santa Maria. Anywhere up there.

1) First of all, the whole town has pretty much become the shitty side of town, I think you got out in the nick of time. For me, it's now almost completely devoid of all the small town attributes I remember from growing up here that made me move back here from Vegas...and it's rapidly acquiring all the shitty traffic and criminal elements that I hated about Vegas, without the warm climate to boot.

B) I would be selling my house because...did you read the kinda bitter toned, angry sounding, paragraph I wrote a few posts back?

so are you finally leaving town? where ya going?
