Kid showed a lot of class and composure for 22.
Yeah he did
Kid showed a lot of class and composure for 22.
That’s exactly the procedure.So something’s I don’t get..
Where is the burden of proof?? Gary said he was too close? I’d just plead not guilty and ask them to PROVE IT..
2nd after watching that dash cam it’s clear the kid did give him a wide birth.
Why was Gary not charged with assault? Kidnapping etc? That video was wild to watch. I can’t believe they let that old prick skate with a disorderly. If that was my kid and I saw the dash cam and the recording I’d be on the phone with the cop / da Saying we are pressing every charge we can get.. Gary needs to learn some serious lessons
The second time that a****** opened my door he would have had a hole in his chest.Gawd damn. U guys all act like old school….old man needed a left hook!! Fuck around and find out. Don’t care if it a skinny tire ass hole or a Dcb owning rich boy. You open my door and ask me to step out, you better hope the cops are already coming
No, arrest or citation is not an indictment of guilt. So the 22 year old is guilty until proven innocent?
Something doesn’t add up..
How does paying a ticket negate further charges? Now the 73 year old prick has avoided further prosecution because he paid his ticket immediately. Following up with further charges would be double jeopardy.
He's a local protester that has connections in government.
And he rides a skinny tire bike and wears a uniform...
There you have it.Loading…

I agree, I adjusted my post and finished my sentence.I don't care How much money this guy has. He's a douche nozzle through and through.
Maybe he should spend some of his millions on therapy?
No, arrest or citation is not an indictment of guilt.
Basically, a citizens arrest, citizen is making the complaint. Law-enforcement is writing the citation.I know, but why was he cited at all? He didn’t do anything wrong, the 22 year old is the victim here. Leo just gave out a citation for someone’s conviction in their voice? Not trying to be difficult, I guess I don’t understand the law.
I'll sum it up with one California Vehicle Code section that majority of cyclists refuse to obey.
California Vehicle Code section 21202(a) - Any person operating a bicycle upon a roadway at a speed less than the normal speed of traffic moving in the same direction at that time shall ride as close as practicable to the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway except under any of the following situations: passing a pedestrian, another cyclist moving in the same direction, making a left turn, etc.
A lot of the true assholes bring the hatred on themselves. They act as if they own the road and ride in a manner that utilizes the entire lane because they think they are allowed to. That's not the case, which is why motorists despise them. In our area, guys "Hog" the lane, forcing vehicles to drive at the same exact slow-ass speed because there isn't enough room to pass them. This is in L.A., where everyone is in a hurry, so of course people get pissed. Then, the ill-informed cyclist gets pissed because motorists are getting impatient or pass them too close for their comfort. So of course tensions rise and anger goes through the roof.
Nothing wrong with a Saab turbo. Just a play on words I saw that was perfect. Actually a surprising car if you don't know what it is
