For a trade show give away.

Started life as a 747-100 cargo fire extinguisher. I figured it would be an attention getter since we normally repair these things rather than chop them in half.

Had to have someone custom make the grill due to size, so figured might as well add some bling!

That came out very nice!! I'm assuming there's some cents in the bottom or something?

Very cool! Is your shop located on Long Beach airport? Fly in there several times a year for meetings.

Did you have the fixture for it? Plenty of stories trying to wrestle these things around and disaster ensuring lol. The're around 120lbs full.

Is that the fire bottle?
It is... was.

Cerritos. We're there almost daily for Gulfstream Aerospace

There's a small vent. The webber coal grate works perfect

The smoke will also come out of the discharge outlets / handles (aluminum) up top. The rest of it is Nitronic so rust won't be an issue!

They might have a fixture at the factory, but not likely the one that is shown in the AMM.
We never used it in the field, we were always told it took longer just to assemble the little jib crane than it took to manhandle the bottles.
Never had an issue.
