i knew this was gonna happen i was the second, fourth, and six post on the og thread talkin with supa dave. and i mentioned that the cop would possible be in the hurt locker (not in those words). some one came back not angry at me but stating, thats whats wrong with society that we as people assumed that the officer would get in trouble or something like that. he made a great point and it sucks that, higher standard or not fun is fun and just cause u have a badge does not make you not allowed to have fun situations on the job. big effen deal so this guy posed with some killer boobies. we live in a shit society that frowns on sexuality and thats bullshit. i really hope this guy does not get in trouble

I saw the officer the day before the pics were taken, playing with a few kids who were throwing water balloons at the sandbar. He came down to the beach and i talked with him. He said he was there to keep the peace and make his presence known to the crowd. After he left, everyone I talked to said how cool the officer was to get involved with the kids. He made positive and lasting impression with the crowd.
The question here is: would someone refrain from getting into a boat intoxicated or doing something else stupid simply because they were aware that a cop had been cruising around? If so then he did his job.

i recall some episodes where leo's posed with girls for pictures. in fact i could've sworn there was one where a girl was showing her rack.

So he hands out some badge stickers and this gal uses them as paisties. Big deal. As far as the pictures... It is a public place. You cannot stop someone from standing next to you and their buddy snapping a few photos. It happens all the time, you get a few beers in some broads and they want to sniff your holster.
