Patch some drywall spots.. Had can lights put in a while ago. Embarrassed how long it took to hitting the access holes. 😬

A few of these and a long run where the electrician fixed some of my handwork.

Had to decide what was good to eat for late Breakfast/early lunch with no RDP input.

Went out there on a Bonzai run with my brother to buy his first boat.

Is American Standard better than Insinkerator?
No but they go on special at Costco for $80. So I bid most jobs with them. And offer the Insinkerator as a upgrade.

Helped stop a lady stealing a cart full of Insinkerators while at lowes earlier. Employees aren't allowed to do anything so I snatched the cart from her in the parking lot. The good ones are over 300 a pop.

I feel they rust out (like mine did) after 5 or so years

Badger 5? They make a lot of different ones. The all stainless internals are good ones.

The Costco one there is no Allen key to unfreeze them. And there is a reset button on them. I have 6 or 8 of them on hand. And 4 of the good $300 Insinkerator on hand.

DIYs Beware. The Insinkerator instructions fail to mention the initial clockwise movement when attaching the unit to the flange. The twist to attach is counter clockwise, as described in the instructions. But, you first have to make the clockwise move to get it into correct position to make that final counter clockwise twist to attach. Can be a real PIA.

When my wife and I were going to buy a second home in Arizona, she said it had to have a pool. Well, when I was selling real estate down there in Johnson Ranch, 3 or 4 were winter folk. One even from Canada and I made a deal to keep their pools up when they weren’t there, as well as check everything flush toilets etc. After taking care of 4 pools I told her nfw I getting a pool. She countered with hiring Paco the pool boy but I wasn’t buying it.

Are they bad? They are easy to swap out.

Tried to button up a couple projects around the house and trying to get a half of the garage back organized.. i’m leaving next week to Hawaii for work a week delayed, I broke my hand on Monday which has made things kind of a slow go.

Finished stuff for taxes and hand-shredded about 6-7 years of records, CC offers, and other old bills. It sucked.

Changed 2 33" tires on the Jeep. Yeah, manual sh!t. At least it's got new rubber on the front.
Still decent on the rear. Next spring probably.
