Great picture Hank:thumbsup
Congrats Brian, I haven't said much, but I've been following. Great job!:thumbup::thumbup:
Cool pic Hank...I somehow thought this was gonna be a thread about your coming out.
We launched Wsuwrhr and his family on Carls Howard. He took some laps to make sure all was well. I snapped this picture as he was having a memorable moment with his family. God bless Carl Peterson and good job Brian.

So how did she do Brian?
She does good. I'm happy with her. The kids are happy to be boating and they love captaining her. My wife loves it. She didn't want to drive but I made her and she liked it. She has been driving it around. Needs more prop and that always makes everyone happy.

Of course it needs a different prop. It's only fitting.
It has a 12 1/4" 4 blade tournament ski boat prop on it with two inches of gap to the keel. I think we are doing a 3 blade 13 1/2 16 pitch badboy.

I'm not scared. I have a cool set of tools. Props are still art artform.Get programming :cool
Thank you Hank for the picture of someone continuing the legacy of Carl. Simply amazing.

What size is the shaft and rotation.
I have a 13 12 LH. And a 12 15 LH. Both 1" and a couple more around the garage . You can try them if you want .
Oh ok ,well that sucks, I have a velvet drive that came out when I put the t400 in . If anyone is in need of one.
That's a great shot. Carl is smiling down. Glad the boat is working well Brian. :thumbsup :thumbsup
Other than the third gear.....what are the differences between a TH 400 and a glide?
I'd leave the velvet drive in it if it were me. Reverse works way better with it.
I modified this picture to give it a late afternoon look (with the giant duck behind the boat).
It's amazing how big those ducks get out there.
In the Fall, when the water cools down (I think it's full moon in October), I would watch those blue sea turtles swim around Thompson Bay.
