So here's the real deal... havasu is already over crowded,,, with overcrowded comes more building... with more building, more jobs, more jobs, more over crowding,..the real people of havasu…. don't want the change...they don't wanna urbanize …. they want their sleepy little town back and want everybody to go home...and then there is the next generation,,, they got in and wanna lock the gates and not let anyone else in.... then there is the new wave of transients ...the people from Cal.... that have to have everybody do what they do....So they can't wait for all their friends to move there... so it's the NEW COOL!!! the new frontier so to speak...as far as the real havasu people go, there's a lot that are just stuck there... no money, and can't afford to leave... they had kids there, and it will be the same for them... nothing to do but drugs..but the real sad part is gonna be this.... the taxes there are goona go to the moon and it will be like Newport, the people will get run out because of no jobs and no where to live as they will slowly loose the place that they got from grandpa...and won't be able to afford taxes and ins.....

Thank you. It really is that simple. I'm excited and so is my wife. I think you are all lucky. While, yes I run a big boat, i live in big boat water. I am in Toronto right now, with 138 miles to home. Rochester N.Y. We cruised across 70-80 to Toronto, so my wife could drink wine and eat cheese and crackers with my adult kids. Once I pay, now it's daddy's turn. Life lines , and headsets on. Daddy pushes the sticks a little farther forward. 105-115 on the way home. My point is, there is always fun boating on any body of water in this country. Go find it! That's what makes it fun. Oh ya for all you 388 lovers, I got 850s dragging #6s off the back. 718 dollars to top off in Canada. That river is looking real nice right now.
