My business partner owns a large metals factory in the area. My wife and I were just there so I decided to get on zillow and see what its like... Wow!

Yeah, not a great area. Almost any small town like that through the entire Midwest, south and east etc will be in that price range. I won’t say cheap because that’s about the average cost for areas like that. They’re not cheap in comparison to other properties in the immediate area…

There’s no demand to live there.

We drove from Port Clinton on Lake Erie where we picked up a new boat trailer to Indianapolis for the Indy 500 this spring. All of that drive was great. Zero trash on the highways. Now my wife wants a pond for our place after seeing all the residential ponds. Luckily, we don't have room for a pond.

Even if you had the $$$$ you couldn’t do both since there is no garage. LOL.

Side not with European ties…..Yesterday coming back from CA stopped in Vidal for bathroom break and grab a drink. Had to wait in line as the restrooms were all full. Then line to buy my drink a young couple in both lines were talking with European accents. Asking about the ag check point. Once outside they were smoking their cigarettes outside of their car next to our truck. Turns out they were concerned about the check point as they had a few apples in the car with them. In further conversation they commented about the size of our truck. I noted that it was for the use of towing anything that we might need. They were headed to Kingman on their way to the Grand Canyon. I pointed them toward Parker as they were heading through Needles. I sure hope that they went Parker/Havasu as it is a much nicer drive.

Spend a few days in Ohio in the winter, You'd be paying them to keep the house..
