Actually come to think of it @whiteworks was telling me to buy as much bitcoin as I could back when it wasn't worth shit... probably shoulda listened to that on rdp as well.

Early on in that deal we had a white elephant Christmas party and one of the gifts on rotation was a full Bitcoin, it’s a pretty sore subject with the girl who got stuck with it and then threw it away.

Having the ability to recognize a bubble or a pyramid scheme early on is always rad if you move on it.

Kind of nice to see agents have enough time to work open houses again.

As a window shopper, I enjoy browsing them on occasion.

Was at our Havasu place last weekend. A nice young couple was checking out home next door that is for sale. As I was giving them the eye because no one is ever there. They walk over to talk. Said they were just waiting for their agent. Asked me if a lot of people had been looking at the place. Nope! They mentioned that it was a used as Airbnb. Told them I had only seen two people use it in the last year. lol.. They seemed nice and at first impressions I liked them.

Told them to make a disrespectful offer even though the price had already been reduced twice and work from there.

Went pending the same weekend. I’m thinking they may have got a great deal. Guess we will know in a month or so.
