I think the best thing that has come out in this trial is Hunter’s laptop is his and not part of a Russia election collusion! Adam Schiff and the 51 so called experts have been exposed as liars and they are actually the Russia collusion conspiracy spreaders and should be prosecuted accordingly!
Nothing will happen to them mostly because of the wording in the document it said "it had all of the earmarks of Russian disinformation" the fact that the media and Biden changed it to what fit their needs, they will and have said they can't help that full well knowing what was going to happen when they signed it.

So basically what they were saying is the truth has all the earmarks of Russian disinformation. Essentially we need to trust Putin according to them 😆😆😆

Where’s all the “if they can do this to Trump, they can do this to you” peeps. I would think those same peeps would be saying if they could do this to Hunter Biden they can do this to you. Because let’s face it, I’m sure a few of you have lied about taking drugs but have guns😜….the chances of you having to pay off a hooker to be quiet when you run for president…zero.🤷🏻‍♂️🤣

We just learned that the justice system in Delaware is not as corrupt as the justice system in New York
New York was a state charge and trial. The Delaware charge is Federal.

This trial was a smoke & mirrors bullshit session from the get-go. Mental masturbation to appease the right. I don’t give a flying snakes turd about him lying on a form to buy a gun. What they should be doing is drilling into every one of his fuk’n shell-companies looking for the very obviously existing money tie to “The Big Guy” and the rest of the Biden Crime Family.

“Take one for the family so the useful idiots will be satisfied with the bullshit, son. There‘ll be a couple million for ya on the other side of this”.

none of the cock suckers in Washington want to stick the first shovel in that pile of stink, because they know their own pile would be the next to be looked at.

God I hope Trump goes back to DC and reigns holy terror on the whole F’n corrupt shit show we call a government.

I’m actually not a fan at all of this Conviction. Hunter
Biden is a piece of human shit that should be in prison for organized crime, not a ridiculous charge that goes against the Second Amendments original intent.

I’m a Second Amendment purist period. I don’t move the needle because I don’t like someone.
Flame away.
I think it hurts 2A in the long run.

Just waiting for the “even the president’s son…” arguments from the left
Yeah these gun charges are a joke and totally unconstitutional. They let the clock run out on his real crimes, this is a joke.
Yes No
f. Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?
Warning: The use or possession of marijuana remains unlawful under Federal law regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized
for medicinal or recreational purposes in the state where you reside.

I don't see this as a second amendment influencing court case. I see this more as making a fraudulent statement. The argument is not if they should disqualify a person for drug use, the conviction is for misrepresenting himself on a federal form. I don't see this as worthy of serving time in Jail, but a felony yes.

Now the question that I've not seen asked is does the widow get charged with a crime for tossing the gun in a dumpster?

I think the people understand that the federal government already can do this to you.

Anyone who lies on a federal form, (even a tax form) should understand the risks. I believe it is clear that misrepresentation is a crime on this form. Hunter, perhaps thought he was above the law, it will be interesting to see how the tax case works out.

A bookkeeping entry being a felony (let alone multiples) is something I can't wrap my head around. Regardless if it was for a stripper, drugs or ice cream. If I pay money to my attorney, it would be classified as a legal expense on my balance sheet, I don't believe they identified how it should have been classified legally. I don't believe NDA's in exchange for payment are unlawful. I also likely would not make the journal entry myself. I got peeps for that shit.

Is reimbursement to dirt bag for good times with dirty whore the correct journal entry. Asking for a friend.

Every time that stupid idiot says us "rubes" can't do battle with the government because they have F-15's, I just sigh.

Us "rubes" don't need to take on an F15, F18, F22, F35 or C130. . . . .

He forgets all we need to do is locate the pilot and or his family. Same for the ground crew, the fuel truck driver, the person at the fuel depot, the guy that hangs the bombs under the plane. Or, the drone operator.

That fucking plane don't fly its self.

Jill and Hunter holding hands walking out is beyond creepy.

Yes it is.

That whole family reeks with “Relative Humidity”…….. that’s where the sweat off his balls runs down the crack of his “Relatives” ass……

Seriously they are a disgusting ”family”. You know every kind of degenerative act has been committed by these people, it pours out of the atmosphere surrounding them.

I certainly understand the point about lying on a federal form but my position is that the so-called “federal form’ 4473 is unconstitutional at the core and should not exist at all.

The Dems are finally going to let up on the media reigns so their voter base will see the real FJB. They know he isn't electable and wouldn't surprise me one bit if Gavin Newsome gets the ticket. This is all orchestrated.

As for the conviction...he's a sacrificial crac addict / lamb and wont serve time. I have family members that are dems and when the laptop story first appeared they were all in on the main stream media BS, it's Russian interference. They no longer can say the laptop doesn't exist. I pointed this out to some of them this past weekend...and told them this is just the start of the legal fallout from this dipshit crac head and his immediate family and what was being said outside of the Dem controlled media was true.

He also needs to understand those planes don’t fly themselves…. you really think American pilots are going to start bombing the land they joined to protect? The same land their loved ones walk upon!! That’s more the reality imho.

Yup, they're acting like this is showing us nobody is above the law but it's piddly shit. This hides all the major corruption the Bidens are into & we'll all simply move on now that they've nailed Hunter for such a major crime (LOL). Our country is one of the most corrupt disgusting governments out there yet we act like we're so great. POS's.

Those are two different guns. Hope that clears it up for you.

😁
Exactly, so where is the other gun?
If he lied on the fed paperwork shouldn’t both guns get taken?

He was charged and convicted of lying to illegally obtain the revolver. There has been no public information released about the other gun AFAIK, so it's unknown if he owned it, borrowed it, or whatever. It was irrelevant to the charges.
