I'm betting you're padding your retirement with all the carbon credits you have earned. :thumbsup

This thread is about 8 years too late.

lol...yeah

We had one in 03

It was actually a ton of fun and we beat the shit out of it off road.

We ditched it in 06 when they were still worth something and got a F-350 diesel instead. It didn't like towing our 28' boat and no surprise the fuel economy left alot to be desired.

These things are alot like MC Hammer. At one point they were really worth something and cool.

There is a company that does a duramax/allison swap, which is pretty cool. They offer it for both H1 and H2's

Pedator does the swaps. Fucking badass with 20+ mpg and over 500HP

My mom has had 2 of them. She loves it and says she will never sell it. Has 100k+ miles on it and will be doing the dmax /Allison swap soon. Then IMO will be the perfect suv

Don't let the haters get to you. They probably drive some fag ass prius or don't even have a car and still ride thier bicycle to school.

You have a nice ride. Here is a pic of my wifes H2, she won a fully automatic Air-Lift system with this pic on another boating forum.

BTW, This is where we park at the local Hippie store.

We had a H1 and it was a blast. I get the H1

Sorry, but I don?t get the H2 or worse H3. Marketed to posers as an H1 but with manners? It's not a serious off-road machine, it's top heavy, has a miserable 11'' of ground clearance, poor articulation, no 4-wheel locker option, it's not great at towing, it's huge outside but not inside. WTF to each their own.

Tell that to the jeep I pulled ot of the dunes at dumont...lol ;):D

People were pretty amazed that it would dune like it did....like I said before we beat the shit out of ours.

While its no modified jeep it did surprisingly well and was really comfortable for a luxuary suv.

You guys will laugh your asses off at this but I took my V6 Explorer through some pretty cool terrain, streams, and steep, gravel covered inclines. ... not to mention the insane snow we get here. It was great.

If it wasn't such a fuel guzzling, low quality, pile of shit, we'd still have it.

Can I ask what the purpose of neutering an offroad vehicle with those wheels and tires is?

That's the same thing i keep asking the guy. He thinks it looks cool i told him its like putting 35" mud tires on an andy car.:smackhead

That problem is typical of the chevy IFS...has nothing to do do with the H2

When I lifted my Dmax I changed them out with the Fabtech arms, the stock ones are crap...pretty much like the rest of the front end :D

I've always liked the OD/olive green on them. I'd have one if it came with a duramax.
