The courts don’t always do what is fair.

Going to litigation, according to Tina, rusty is already in litigious fight.

I haven’t read anything that Tina was calling out Ultra, only Rusty. If her story is accurate the landlord has helped get peoples boats back that likely wouldn’t have been the result otherwise.

Unfortunately it matters where molds and the name of the company goes when the organization changes hands.

Ultra had a sketchy path pre and post John West. John did an amazing job rebuilding the brand. Unfortunately he passed it along to someone who didn’t share the same vision.

I would also start this asap. If it’s California, you are months away to be getting him out legally.

Yes she has already gave him an eviction. 5 day.
He tried to take her to court and sue her , the judge said your in the wrong court.
He got a summons to be able to come get his stuff. Claiming she locked him out.
He was never locked out them 2 both have the keys to the property.
We have to do everything legally.
It's so time consuming. This situation hes put us threw , more so her ( but I'm by her side ) has mentally , financially and physically
Drained us .
Now I'm pissed.
I will do everything and anything I can to bring him down .
My friend doesn't deserve this bullshit he brought on to her.
Here's the thing , how has he gotten away with taking people's money for so long without repercussions?
Yes he's been sued , but even though you win a judgement , Doesn't mean you're going to get your money. Especially from someone like him that bounces around all the time. Changes addresses consistently and phone numbers.
Hes not on payroll , so they cant garnish wages.Reading on here I believe he does cash transactions... SO NOW MORE TIME MORE MONEY . BLAH......

Yes, I put Rusty from Ultra Boats.
For the simple reason that when A potential buyer or somebody that needs work done and they're thinking about Ultra Boats for their needs It will show everything That's been said about Rusty Romberg. I'm not knocking the company itself. No, not by any means. . . .

When I came back to the site and read How people were" ROASTING " me as 1 person stated.
I went back to my threads and read them. Yes they were bad. Lol.
I have no problem with Anyone clowning or roasting me. That's fine.
I did not understand how this site worked as far telling my story about RUSTY ROMBERG , Nor did I look at the dates when I was posting on somebody else's thread..

Idk. It's kind of annoying if I'm honest and I think there is a lot that should be said about rusty. But say it and move on. Respond if someone brings it up. Don't revive years old threads and respond to people like they just posted yesterday. Then come back and do it again randomly.
