A month or so ago I posted a thread on the do's and don'ts of LOTO. Everyone pointed to @lakepal. before during and after Rob had our back with tons of inside info. Made an epic trip to LOTO even better. As solid of a dude as you will ever meet ! Checked in with us often with insights to make sure all was well.

The lake ,bars and boating experience was definately worth the price of admission. The single best part is the Midwest people you get to interact with. Rob for sure belongs in the midwest. Cool thing is the Airbnb rental we had was 10 minutes from Robs place so He and his wife Tamara came over to visit one evening.

He’s a super solid guy.. honestly a lot of the members that are on here are great people. Not sure how long you’ve been on here but these guys find and recover stolen trucks.. help family members broke down all over the country, you name it.. As always there’s a few Dirtbag’s in the group because it’s the internet but I’d say the ratio to good to bad is in the right direction and that’s a rare thing in the modern world.

As always there’s a few Dirtbag’s in the group because it’s the internet but I’d say the ratio to good to bad is in the right direction and that’s a rare thing in the modern world.

100 % agree with respect to this site Dave. I'm a pretty heavy forum user across a few venues. I'm totally switched on at filtering out the bullshit.

Ironically about the time same time I joined on of my best friends bought the building your in and Tom moved into the other unit that does all my machine work.

That 2002 Chevy I bought from u 3.5 years ago had the fuel pump go out last week. So I've only put 112k miles on it since I bought it from U. I will be expecting a reimbursement check since I'm certain it's still under your verbal warranty. Thanks in advance

Did you read the fine print? The warranty is only good if you run Lucas top end lube at every fillup and send me the empty bottles

I've been collecting the empty bottles, tried sending them to U in Kommiefornia but the shipper said its illegal to send them. Maybe U will need to schedule a trip to pick them up.....

We live less than 2 miles apart by water and 15 minutes apart by land.

Rob is definitely in his happy place when he’s on the water. I don’t recall us ever having a bad time together on the water, and we’ve boated all four seasons.

Rob is a great friend and would give you the shirt off his back…I’d just suggest you wash it first

Ah Fack….. competition for someone I consider a dear friend.

Rob and I communicate almost daily. Naked women, boating, life, the subject matter is ever changing. I met this dude (this will sound odd) on the internet, neither of us knew each other other than we like to drink and boat. He invited me into his badass pad in Benicia and it’s been downhill since. They moved to LOTO, and we’re following.

Again, fuck him, love that guy. His wife is the real catch though.

Glad you guys had a good time @GRANT@FUNCO LOTO is a fantastic time. It's on our yearly rotation for sure. If it wasn't such a nightmare to get too, we'd seriously consider buying a little vacation spot there.
