Thanks!
It is a 572 all aluminum Donovan with a 14-71.
It has a IMCO SC drive. It already broke the Bravo a couple years back.

Great job the HTM looks good. I am in the process myself of redoing an SR-24. What size rub rail is that?

Why does such a "young" boat need restoring, its coming out nice, seems a shame that it was in that bad of shape in the first place.

I have always thought HTM's were such a sick boat. I have actually heard a lot of negative things about them for some strange reason...??? So whats really up with them? Good? Bad? This boat is freakin cherry in my book.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. You guys do the best work hands down.:thumbsup

The grab handle and gauge panel look killer! Who's doing the interior?

When I see restorations like these; It really makes me wonder why more guys don't have companies like Prime Marine rig their newly built similar style boats. The difference say between the way Eliminator rigs a boat and Prime does is like comparing apples to oranges. Nothing like having custom one-off parts machined:thumbsup

The best part about that is that depending on the request....I can generally do all of that for less money than someone woudl pay at the mfg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crazy but it's true!!

We do not build hulls at this time. Basically we do everything from services and repairs, upgrades, performance mods, design and fabricate custom parts/products, rigging, restorations, and we even design and fabricate component parts and custom parts for some mfg's... Our favorited thing is designing, fabricating parts or taking an idea that has never been done or that supposedly can not be done and make it happen! If you dream it we will make it...

Just wanted to share some finished photos of this project. It was finished in the fall of last year so the customer has been able to enjoy it this spring and into our new summer...

Just a couple teasers... You can look in the gallery to see all the photos.

Thanks,
Mike @ Prime Marine

Looks really nice. How is that drive holding up. I buddy of mine blew the drive in his HTM yesterday for the third time,(an Imco of some discription), and he is wondering what to do for some reliability.

Thanks. Drive seems to be holding up ok. Customer had a few issues few years back with a Merc XR unit upper. We went through the upper and lower and it seems to be doing ok. We change the drive oil all the time like every 5 hours just to be safe and keep an eye on it. A lot of the reliability has to do with the way it is used (or abused) if you are kind to it, it seems to be a little more reliable.
