Sadly some companies don't understand that...and they lose good people to competition who will pay them appropriately. It's all too common with solar reps who can actually deliver...they go elsewhere when kneecapped by a sales manager or owner.The top performing sales people should be making more than the sales director… that’s how you keep top performing sales people.
