What’s cool is the specific forums that you learn a lot about something in particular you are searching for, but then also places like RDP lounge that you stumble apon threads you weren’t looking for and get educate. lots of smart people out there and on here

I mainly find places like this when I have a question about a new hobby, then I tend to move on once it's been figured out, only to circle back months or years later.
