Is there any money to be made if someone bought a dump trailer and ran around with their F-350?

Shout out to @LakeMead Boater for taking care of an alignment and tire balancing for me today. Looks like we got rid of the vibration issues on my commuter and in a rare event in history (possibly more rare than a pandemic) my steering wheel is straight after an alignment. It was to good to see you bud.

Let's keep supporting one another.

Depends on where you plan to dump. Both spots by me CWS and waste management prices are so high not much meat left on the bone. I have 3 dump trailers and last few years was hauling average of 3-5 loads a week after hours. Have to charge $500 a load for trash and $350 for concrete or mixed inert. My average trash loads cost $300 in fees where 2 years ago it was $180. If you live in Riverside or out that way dump fees per ton are about a $100 less a ton. Most the guys sitting outside of home depot here live in the 909. They charge $500 but haul it home and dump for $50-100.

If you are serious about buying 1 I would sell one. I have to many trailers and dont need 3 dump trailers any more as going to the dump every other night has gotten old with not as much profit on the table.

No idea. I deal in bulk. Big loads that need to be moved. I haul 26 tons of material each load
Where do you normally dump? At CWS where Torrance requires you to dump. A full load would be $3400 for trash. $1560 for mixed inert or clean dirt. Concrete no oversized pieces and no steel or mesh $1040. They lowered the price on concrete as they bought there own crusher and give the base away for free.

Don't want to answer for rvluvr , but I will , since Tim is a great guy . And he is probably asleep , cause he has to wake up at 3 am.
He hauls sand and rock , and other materials , to construction job sites and concrete plants.

Like Bobby said. I have a truck doing job sites daily all over So Cal. I have 2 trucks that do plant to plant. Thats bringing bulk materials in to be used to make various building materials. My truck does long distance stuff, im doing 4 loads to Redding this week out of Simi Valley for example.

Ive been to dumps with dirt. Not my favorite thing. Not bad work at all just rather put on the miles

I might add. I cant haul most of that. Will destroy my truck. I have material boxes (light) not demo boxes (heavy). 3” rocks and im getting real nervous about denting my boxes

Thanks Brad! Really appreciate the business. That new Hunter Hawkeye is doing what it should.

Shout out to @Riverbound - Dynamic Air Services came by this morning and gave my system a once over. Their tech made a few adjustments and everything came back with a clean bill of health otherwise. Figured while he was here I'd splurge and get a smart thermostat to help out. Got me set up with an Ecobee that fits my needs perfectly. This will be nice when heading home from the river during the summer months. Couldn't be happier with the service and price.

Simi to Redding?! Does Simi have something special you can’t get up there?

Business is a day by day thing right now. I went pretty crazy with refinance marketing to close out Q4 and open Q1. Made 2/3 of my 2019 income in the first 60 days of 2020 and we are still going strong. I am concerned with tightening guidelines, a non existent JUMBO / non qm market and an MBS market that is struggling with liquidity.
I passed my DRE Salesperson exam on Monday 3/16/20. I think we were the last test administered out of the San Diego facility, so got super lucky with that!!

There will always be business to be had in my industry, if you know where to find it.

am pleased to announce the first installation of our 4k Aluminum product at a house in Lake Havasu. Screen works llc in Kingman did the installation.

it’s not any spectacular design but it’s smooth clean and will handle any of the Havasu wind.

Will be looking for a patio cover the end of September after it cools down at night spending every day I can at the lake now, that looks real nice!
