I'm heading out to the river tomorrow morning and wondering if any of Rice Road was washed out from the storms or if Parker is accessible after seeing Stacey's video.

The areas they paved on RR are Nice! Good job road crew. Smooth sailing until Parker Dam RD. Burros galore saw 3 foxes also.
