Pretty rad video explaining in detail all the functions of a trophy truck. I certainly learned from it.

All of this guy's videos are really good. He does a great job with his 3d modelling and providing a high level explanation of systems

ive seen plenty of transmission fil tubes in that location, never power steering. and yeah....sometimes they get HOT and puke some oil, so you can easily add from in the cab

Once it’s full, why would you need to fill it again? Do they leak constantly?

It’s racing and brutal on equipment. It’s all about getting to your next “scheduled” pit without having to stop sooner if you have a breakdown.

If they spring a leak the co-dawg can keep refilling without stopping until they can get the mechanic to repair at the actual pit.

The co-driver is the workhorse when shit goes sideways. I hate those days lol

My Childhood buddies are the Mason brothers over at Mason motorsports who build probably the best all-wheel-drive trophy trucks on the market. They sat the bar in their industry at an all-time high with their innovation and designs. Seeing one of their trucks up close is mind blowing on how much engineering goes into one of their builds.

Some of these guys might be running a PS pump off the driveline, so this is the natural place for that reservoir to go.

I know most of them are running alternators off the drive lines

not anymore..........the ID designs twin drive front engine plate with dual alternators has taken over.
