This one doesn't stop at the good part
The Guy man be in trouble, it was a plastic gun.
In Texas he may get a pass.
Correia breaks it down in this mornings new video.Haha The best video I've ever seen. He won't do that again the bad guy.
That and he shot the guy in the back, like what was said in the other thread "You dropped something" cap him when he turns around, also he left the scene.Unfortunately he’s likely gonna be in trouble due to that last shot.
Even in texas you generally can’t execute a person.
Meaning shooting him after the threat is stopped.
He was ok until he walked over and skull capped the bad guy. Then again, it is Texas so…
Here’s a good example from John Correia’s excellent channel “Active Self Protection”
I highly recommend subscribing to this channel.
This encounter is from isreal but it’s a great example of going from defender to murder.
Crazy how different he looks in the still photo versus the rolling video. Obviously dressed the same, but one dude looks to be in the late 50's or 60's, the other could be a 30 year old.
The only thing I see that might get him in trouble in today's society is after the gun falls out of the hands of the suspect on the ground. That guy needs a good Attorney to help explain those last shots. The Guy man be in trouble, it was a plastic gun.

Especially that final shot to the head to seal the deal in case the first half dozen or so had only wounded him. That and he shot the guy in the back, like what was said in the other thread "You dropped something" cap him when he turns around, also he left the scene.
Personally I think it's a clean shoot, good job
Yeah all his shots were in the guys back. That and he shot the guy in the back, like what was said in the other thread "You dropped something" cap him when he turns around, also he left the scene.

He needs to pray that he's in a county with a DA who isn't woke. The only thing I see that might get him in trouble in today's society is after the gun falls out of the hands of the suspect on the ground. That guy needs a good Attorney to help explain those last shots.
Especially since he also had the bad guys gun in his hand when he delivered the head shot.Especially that final shot to the head to seal the deal in case the first half dozen or so had only wounded him.
Even if he’s not charged, the scumbags family will sue for wrongful death and drain him of anything of value he owns.
We have Civil Immunity in Texas.
If it’s a legal shoot then the shooter is immune from civil liability
It should be like that nationwide, if you were injured or killed while committing a crime then you or you family have no rights to a civil lawsuit. We have Civil Immunity in Texas.
If it’s a legal shoot then the shooter is immune from civil liability
I was thinking the same thing. I've been in some local taco shops that it wouldn't suprise me if the had a "cleaner" on call for all the cartel shit that goes on there. Not even hiding all the MalVerde statues and other trafficker memorabilia.Did anyone even call the cops?
How long before they got there??
Not knowing could actually work against him.?Here's my take on this. Even though the good guy took a gun away from the perpetrator, the hero didn't know if he had another one or not. Also, we don't know whether or not the assailant would have survived the first several shots without the final one to the dome, so that may be a moot point. Lastly, per the ASP video, around 10:20, John mentions the DA is on record saying it was a “justified conduct”.
I feel like if that were me in the moment I would rather be safe than sorry by making sure the assailant is good and dead. I think we all agree the hero would have a much more difficult battle in commifornia than Texas and, since the DA already took the position of justifiable I hope and pray nothing ever happens to said hero. As John mention's, it's probably best to lawyer up.Not knowing could actually work against him.?
And it was 8 shots before the skull cap.
But John is usually right, it’s his profession after all, and he thinks the last shot might be tricky to explain but not impossible to overcome, especially due to locale.
That's probably the best video I've seen in a long time. Homeboy f***** around and found out...
I’m not convinced the “hero” isn’t a killer in his own right.I feel like if that were me in the moment I would rather be safe than sorry by making sure the assailant is good and dead. So, I hope the good guy keeps his mouth shut, head down. He has NOTHING to gain by coming forward. Good shoot. He needs to lawyer up now, in case it comes out later. My formal training taught me to say nothing, other than asking for representation. I don’t know, I don’t remember are the only things to say.
Collecting money for the church plate undoubtedly.but he was a good boy,he din do nuttn.dead is better
I have the same feelings and believe that's why he fled. Still a hero well, sort of anyway. And yeah, reaching into the dead guys pockets is definitely next level creepy.I’m not convinced the “hero” isn’t a killer in his own right.
He didn’t look too upset after executing the robber.
And he fled.
We’ll see, but I won’t be surprised if he’s less than a stellar citizen.
Just a hunch really.
Oh, and he had no problem emptying the dead guys pockets
How many here could do that? How many here have even touched a dead person that they just killed?

I agree totally. The shooter's general demeanor and actions suggest this wasnt his first rodeo He didnt seem paniced , betting he's a local enforcer , maybe a "mob guy" Reminds me of a scene from Pulp Fiction
Well, he’s not out robbing people that are eating dinner is he? You don’t think that maybe people have been in situations were they have killed people, or been around dead bodies that were justified?I’m not convinced the “hero” isn’t a killer in his own right.

I know for an absolute fact that “people” have been.Well, he’s not out robbing people that are eating dinner is he? You don’t think that maybe people have been in situations were they have killed people, or been around dead bodies that were justified?
I hear you. But let's talk about the obvious. He shoots him multiple times, pauses, then puts a last one directly to his head (at least that is what it looks like). He then walks around a bit, goes through the guys pockets, and "returns" the money (at least that is what it looks like). People react differently, and I get that, but what raises the biggest question for me is really this simple.;Well, he’s not out robbing people that are eating dinner is he? You don’t think that maybe people have been in situations were they have killed people, or been around dead bodies that were justified?
Seriously , Ya dont buy a supercharged 800 HP Dodge and tell "Acme Insurance" your going drag racing“Hi Beerrun?
