Keys 2 does not have docks in their back yards. They have a private beach, private launch ramp and there are some mooring bouys as well.

Keys 1 is where you are thinking, they usually have 50' of dock space attached to the house

As crazy hippy stated has a beach not dock.This way you are right on the river where all the action is. You can tie up on bouey ,leave your boat and beach stuff there all weekend.
