Does anyone know when they close the portion towards Mead on Lake Mohave to get to the hot springs? I'm thinking you can go down there between Memorial Day and Labor Day but it's been a few years so can't really remember.

Closed since this past weekend until next memorial weekend as far as boat access is concerned.
Think a little fishing boat with tiny ob is still ok.

Well we visited on Saturday due to the post above saying no on Sunday/Monday. It turns out that it was a no Tuesday-Saturday therefore we got shut out (after a long drive in the tow vehicle). Just wanted everyone to know the correct information.

The Saturday after labor day?

3 classifications-

Primitive- Sunday and Monday, year round. No horsepower.

Semi primitive- Tuesday through Saturday, from labor day to memorial day. 65 hp limit.

Open, no restrictions- memorial day Tuesday, thru the Saturday before labor day. Tuesdays thru Saturdays. Unlimited horsepower. Sunday and Monday, no horsepower. (Primitive still)
