I know, I know.
You’re going to revoke my man card for this.
Amy’s vegan chili.
Canned, get it at most grocery stores.
I don’t even like myself for liking this, but on a hot dog it kicks ass.
Let the whipping of Gelcoater begin😂😂

Homo! You know who else likes vegan food?

I totally deserved that.😂

2 daughters.
One went no meat.
So making a quick bite for me and the normal kid I think to myself how can I kick rhese hot dogs up a bit?

Chili!
But there’s only the a can of this brand I’ve never heard of.
Cooked it. Are it.
Vegan daughter comes home and busts my balls im eating vegan chili.
I had no idea. I saw chili on the label and in it went.
She wanted a pic.
You can both fuck off😂

In my defense.
Amy throws down with some green chili in her chili.
And it kicks ass.
Can one really call chili chili if there are no chilis in there?

When I'm walking in midtown Manhattan, I stop at a cart for a Hebrew National with kraut and mustard at least every three blocks.
Hebrew National is my goto with mustard and relish, no fart in a jar (kraut) for me🤣.

Pinks mild Polish with mustard relish and grilled onions is perfect in my book. I also like Cupids and winerschnitzel from time to time.

Love them both. Either one can be taken to the next level with the addition of my homemade chili.

In Sweden about 1AM in the morning they roll out the Hot Dog Carts.

People bundle up, blanketize the stroller, dog got the winter vest on and they go for a family walk and hit the dog carts.
Just had the $1.50 Ikea dog for lunch and it tasted like the hot dogs from the school cafeteria. Not bad, not exciting, but not bad.

BTW: Tommys has a good chili dog.
5 Guys has one too but it's $9.

Yep.

Monday.

There is a place in Boron CA. off of the 58 called “ Barrel “ on Twenty Mule Team Rd.
That has amazing Deep Fried Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs. I stop every time that I’m passing through.
I always order them with everything on them, the Street Tacos are pretty good too.
They are not open on weekends.

… Had an unusual burger today… Neighbor girl wanted me to ride with her to Ricos tacos so she could get… I forgot what she got???… whatever you call those chips with a lot of cheese on them???… So I couldn’t see the drive-through menu very well from the passenger seat… The main thing that I saw was hamburgers and cheeseburgers… So I said screw it… I ordered a cheeseburger and fries… But I had a neighbor girl ask whoever was taking the order if they could grill the onions… Over the speaker the girl said we don’t have onions,😳 but of course she said it in Spanish … The fries were pretty good if you dipped them in ranch… The burger was well… It was a hamburger patty charbroiled… lettuce,… thousand Island …cheese and two very thin buns… I have had a lot worse… I think???…

Nope.

I'll have a Der Weiner Schnitzel chilli cheese dog with onions maybe once a year. Maybe.

I make smashed burgers, with ground chuck, every couple of weeks! 👍🏼👍🏼

Back in my younger years I would order a family pack for lunch and power down almost all of it!

6 chill cheese dogs
3 fries
3 drinks

And weighed 150 lbs
God I miss those days lol

Right??

I would get a burger, chilli size and fries and a large cherry coke at The Hat back in those days.

No way I could finish any of that crap today! 🤦‍♂️

I'm into easy meals when I camp on fishing trips at the river.
I usually do chilli dogs 1 night.
Nathans over some mesquite charcoal, toasted buns, and some heated Dennisons chili makes a decent turd . . . 😆
Things always seem to taste better when you're camping at the river . . . .

Growing up moderate, meant the cheapest off brand dog, boiled in water, Miracle Whip and ketchup on bread, hated them. Warmed to good dogs in my 30's, love em today, but not going to give up my burgers.
