I bought a 2000 Ultra 21' Open Bow from them in Feb of 2019. Took the boat out for a test ride, boat ran great only on the water for 20 minutes. First time out on the water was in March 2019. Boat had a issue with the belt took out on of the hoses. Called Paul, he said bring the boat back. They fixed it no questions asked. No Charge. They wouldn't even let me buy them lunch. Great people over there at Horizon. I would buy from them again.

Friends purchased a used toon from them in 2020.
They were not spending a ton, but the customer service was great.
Even allowed to take the boat when the check got delayed by FedEx from the credit union.

Having been through the OCM disaster and damn near getting hosed I am extremely limited on who I will deal with. Horizon, Maxed, and OD1 are about the only 3 people I’ll deal with!

A little history I met Preston many years ago at his location outside of Denver on a very expensive insurance claim on the sinking. It occurred in Havasu. I examine the boat very well. Had a long talk with their evaluation and left there quite impressed with his honesty, knowledge and integrity. How rare thing with boat shops, not much has changed. He’s a class act.

Another happy Horizon customer story… from the consignment side,
Its been 3 years but its still clear, fast forward…

I call Preston on a Thursday, “wanna sell a boat this weekend? Mine.” He says, bring it down.
I dropped it off the next afternoon (Friday of Presidents weekend). He calls me Saturday before noon the very next day, I thought maybe I forgot to give him something and he says "nope, I sold it".
Check in my hand a week later. Horizon handled every bit of the transaction for me without a question of any doubt. They were really are on point!
