This is a great deal for this Lot. I clearly remember what they were selling for. It is a terrific spot on the River and access to the private Marina. This will have more value in the years to come. Close to Interstate 40 and right in the heart for Dove Hunting Season. I don't not know the Listing party but know the area.

These home sites will be going up in price and value...Willow Valley has many amenities like you mentioned, we hope some family looks back years from now and has memories like my family does.

Good locations but according to me, buying home through a broker or a property management agent is better than building because building up takes too much time. I built a house in last few months and now home looks old and ugly due to lake of construction.

Anyone interested in becoming a Willow Valley resident and wants to build their own home should buy this lot sooner then later or before RiverRich decides to keep the lot....This lot is just a few pending home sales away from driving comps up significantly.

There is.The home sites closest to the private marina/river can only have a site built home (no mobil homes). On the other home sites in Willow Valley you can have either. Willow Valley home owners and thier guests have access to the private marina / beach / picnic area and launches. There also beaches next to the private beaches that can be used by anyone. Yes, we have owned a home in Willow Valley for over 10 years.
