Usually I have the house dark with Michael Jackson Thriller playing in stereo. This year my RV spot light is illuminating the driveway and only two families thus far at my Mesa property. Sad state of affairs seeing some of my neighbors lights out bowing into the whole covid bullshit with a 99% recovery rate. So glad my children experienced freedom and American traditions. Fuck 2020, China (ccp) and Biden 🖕

We have a serious flu. A flu that the politicians want make ebola. Be smart. But don’t let the disaster salespeople take control. You wouldn’t buy a shitty fridge. Don’t buy lockdown.

No houses handing out candy in
Sierra Lakes. It’s DEAD.

Evan houses that are decorated or not handing. F’ing shame.

Awesome day,, Lots of trick or treaters here in camp. Covid can go fuck itself, we played pass the whiskey bottle around the fire last night and I'm sure we will do it again tonight.

Had to sit outside and advertise “we are open” tonight. WoW. Normally hundreds of kids. Tonight cars and kids selectively picking open houses handing out candy. Whatever..... see how we fare next week with election results. It was nice seeing kids trick or treating without mask. Gave me hope. I thanked the parents.

Had a few here in Rancho Cucamonga not many walking around. A few people driving their kids around to the houses that are open. We're sitting her dads driveway like every year.

First Halloween in the new ‘hood (Surprise, AZ) so not sure on how busy it usually is, but saw a few others out. Plenty of houses in our newly built neighborhood were handing out candy, kiddo made out real good, and ended up with a Walmart bag completely stuffed with candy. Neighbors said they got about 20-25 kids, but the older areas down the street were quite a bit busier. Best part, didn’t really see any masks.

I’m soooo proud of norco I didn’t take any pictures (not sure why) but it was Halloween as usual lines of 30 people at every house. We went to the neon or hood across the prison. Broken arrow or something like that. It was INSANE!! my brother got some pictures I’ll get them later

Had less then 30 total.
The only entertainment after 830pm, was at 2am when the PD decided the AirBnB up the block no longer needed a house party of HS/College kids. did not think my city had that many PD cars :). During my morning dog walk one PD car is still parked in front of the house. Neighborhood gossip should be good this week

Not a single kid. I left a bowl outside on the porch and checked my security cam. Didn't see any kids on my street. Fireworks on Halloween are big in Canada. If it wasn't for the fireworks, it would have been like any night.

Ended up getting 4 groups before we left to go to the drive in at 7:30. Got back at 11 to the neighbors blasting Whitney Houston and doing burnouts in the street.

Dinner last night in Carefree at the new Keller steak house. Town was full, restaurants were in gear. Outstanding food, good to see everyone out.

Snowbirds seem to be here, our normally slow Safeway was super busy. In 25 years we have never had a trick or treater, the houses are too far apart

We usually hand out atleast 4 5lb bags worth of candy. Last night barely 1 bag.

Bunch of Covid sheep.

daughter‘s science project was to build a candy delivery mechanism, so we used it
plus our adopted dog goes ape shit crazy when someone knocks on door or rings door bell. We sat outside and delivered the candy to the kids. Did not have to get up from chair (beer cooler on one side, candy bowl on the other).

Ok I thought you were doing it because you are terrified of the Covid.

Usually have a couple hundred kids...only 25 last night. Parents were super thankful we were handing out candy. Shut the doors at 9. I was expecting to go all night...what a bummer

nope. I am tired of C19. Just read a story this morning that the rapid test (not the nasal passage test), is showing positive C19 when the person has the common cold. Even the other test has a huge false positive rating due to sensitivity. So I am over it.

My daughter in Colorado had candy on her front porch in a plastic jack o lantern. A mom and her kid came up,rifled through the candy, then the mom just decided to dump the whole thing in her pillow case and take off. She has it on her doorbell camera. Wish I knew how to post it on here, but all I get is the audio

I live in the broken streets neighborhood and while it was still a good amount of kids it was way down from normal. One of the neighbors down the street always counts kids with a clicker last year he was well over 1200 this year was a little over 600.

It was our second year in norco, and last year we just hung around our street. (Bronco) I thought it was really cool of everyone on the broken streets to do something like that. Next year we will be a little more prepared. I’m excited if it’s usually double the people. That’s crazy. Is it like that for Christmas too?

Before all the stupid covid crap started some
People in the neighborhood were working with the city to get the streets closed down to cars this year, being on a Sat they were expecting it to be a huge year. We enjoy it just hang out in the driveway with friends drinking beer, eating some bbq and passing out lots of candy.
Nothing special happens for christmas

I was expecting very few but made a small plan. In the past I bought the 7 oz Hershey bars. The teens were thankful but outgrew it I guess. Then went to the 1.5. Was always a let down as I'm at the end of a not so busy street.
I threw 2 bucks in change in Easter eggs just in case a few kids showed up. Little Fockers robbed me this year. I ran out of eggs and had to use glad bags.
