That's a nonsanctioned little 1/8 mile track in north Houston where the local boys get a lot of breaks......Lotsa Bubbas with big ideas. The piss poor weld and the shorts pretty much tell the story. I've been there a few times and you can't believe the crowds that clutter the place up around the staging area and starting line.
