High Performance VW Mechanic needed...

Got a VW 2276 Turbo Motor in my Long Travel Rail and it's about time to have it rebuilt. Looking for someone who knows these things and can do the complete job. Had a well known shop do it the last time but had some issues after it was completely rebuilt that they said were not their problem. Anybody know a reputable person or reasonably priced shop.
