Curious whether yā€™all would consider a black slave who hated his white master to be a ā€œ ā€œracistā€ too?

Thereā€™s a wee bit of nuance youā€™re missing in the definition of racism. Here it is-

Racist- characterized by or showing prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.

Yes, Malcolm X was very antagonistic and prejudiced toward whitey, but whitey wasnā€™t a minority or marginalized group.

Iā€™m not say prejudice is good either, it isnā€™t- and anybody can be a bigot, but racismā€ also includes that power dynamic.

The topic here is 2 deranged faggots.

All that tap dancing you just did here is just a way for you and others to rationalize support of candidates that support racism You voted for Biden, he made race based decisions before the election for VP, and appointees post election. That is racism.

The LBJ quotes may be observations.. observations he agreed with and embodied in his career šŸ¤£

Things are better for black women? Look
At the single mother rates for blacks in this country since the civil rights movement.

Oh, geez, you are not obtuse...you are literally daft.

Attributing a thing like single motherhood to a single politician, or a single policy, or indeed a single social change among many contributing factors is what is called 'poor analysis of statistics' and 'special cause' misattribution of common cause variation.

Some of the many OTHER contributors to black women's plight include the policies, attributable to BOTH party's politicians, like the difference between black and white men's conviction for cocaine based on the form of the drug (powder vs. rock), rather than the basic substance being abused (1990-2000 on the chart), or the realization of black women themselves that they need not remain in bad relationships, or even the policies in cities where single motherhood is advantageous for both the mother and father, financially, economically...like the IRS policy that lasted decades where unmarried individuals got a lower effective tax rate than did married individuals.

Besides, interpreting your chart shows white women suffering an even grater propensity for single motherhood as a percentage increase during the years following the black male incarceration epidemic of 1990-2010 and to the present, whereas black mothers single motherhood rates are decreasing over that same period.

Assessing your data, the rate of single motherhood has has been increasing steadily for White Women over the decades you cited, but for black women it peaked during the years that the incarceration rates of black men were peaking (as one contributor among many), and rates of single motherhood for black women have been lower/decreasing while rates for white women are still increasing. Here's a breakdown of the chart you posted. You can see that rates of increase for white women are still increasing whereas for black women they have decelerating ever since the 1990's.

There are of course single issue voters. One of the members here in another thread mentioned 2 of his daughters vote D only because they support murdering babies. Nothing else comes into play. Plus you now have a troll supporting you. Making friends.... ;)

uh, no. What LBJ said was was an observation about others...about how they could be manipulated...about how K K K/racist fueled rhetoric led many to disregard their own well being and led them to 'empty their pockets' in futility. In many ways it is still playing out.
No, LBJ was saying he was racist, thought so little of a race of people that he could manipulate them for centuries. Not only is that narcissistic, but its racist and disgusting. Ooops, I just described the democrat party. The party of the KKK, southern hangings, etc.

There is a wee bit of nuance yore missing in the definition of typically.

Typically - generally or normally ā€” used to say what normally happens.

That sure does not sound like definition of always does it? šŸ˜‚

Here is the traditional definition from Dictionary.com -

Racism - a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human racial groups determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to dominate others or that a particular racial group is inferior to the others

Regor, as soon as a vaccine was made available to all of my family I ceased to care about your Covid denial. By all means, refuse the Covid vax, refuse the shingles vax, refuse all future vaccines for whatever avian, swine, or monkey pox next makes the leap into the human population. Personally I understand the science behind mRNA vaccines and Iā€™m thrilled that they have revolutionized medicine.

Creating and encouraging more racists and white supremacists (like trump continues to do) hasnā€™t been good for anyoneā€¦
Please give an actual example of Trump encouraging racism or white supremacy.

As well please feel free to defend in a rational manner instances of reverse racism where people of color actively disparage white people. As well, please explain how reverse racism in the form of ā€œequal opportunityā€ or DEI where whites need not apply for jobs or promotions based solely on the color of their skin or made to feel guilty again due to the color of their skin is somehow good.

Weā€™ll wait.

Edit: explain this racism, Chill.

Losing Regor?
Maybe youā€™re on the wrong team, or taking the wrong approach. Something is not working, you must agree. Youā€™ve lost most of your base, and certainly not adding any new members. Is this also happening in your personal lifešŸ˜‚

I know itā€™s not the brand of boat you like, cause I got one too. šŸ˜±
