My wife is a descendant of Ebenezer Brown... he's one of the ones that started kanab utah, and surrounding areas.... her great great great Grandfather... probley related to half the town... her dad was born in Kanab utah..... while we were at coral pink, my wife was looking at house's for sale there ..... she says,... " look uncle stanleys house is for sale.... lets buy it.... the house is on main street in the historical part of town, built in 1920 . it is now a vacation rental...

Luck is not a strategy, but I'm glad you got Lucky, and your timing was right. As they say, timing is everything.

I will add that the same goes for Stocks and Crypto and Real Estate but they are more predictable over time where the Speed hype had a short window and I think it's closed.
